In a very short span of time, it has planned, designed and erected more than 100 such plants conforming to international standards and specifications and as per latest technology. Its Cold Roll Forming Lines are used for making sections, e.g. 'Z' Purlin, 'C' Channels, Roof Panels, Roofing Sheets, Color Coated Roofing Sheets, Crash Guards, and any other section as per client's specification.

These Cold Roll Forming Lines are designed and manufactured with utmost accuracy, meeting the specific requirements of our clients. We can make roll forming section lines of input strip width varying from 700 mm to 1250 mm and thickness ranging from 0.3 mm to 3 mm. We use raw materials such as mild steel, galvanized steel, color coated sheets, aluminium, etc. of the highest grade to manufacture world class Cold Roll Forming Lines.

We use machinery which are well-equipped with PLC controlled electric panels that are essential in making roofing sheets on the cold roll forming lines. Our Roll Forming Line for making sheets can run at a speed up to 12 mtrs/min. These roll forming lines are very economical to run and consume very low power. Roofing sheets in various profiles like High Rib Roofing Sheets, Step Tile Roofing Sheets, and Deck Profile Sheets can be manufactured on our line.
